Digital Superintendent - Advisory Services

As a Digital Superintendent you will be responsible for advisory services and serve as a strategic partner for our customers. You will get the opportunity to develop a deep knowledge of change management, and guide ship-owners and ship managers on how digital solutions can be used to improve technical management processes and ways of working.
The right candidate has a track-record from ship management and/or a Superintendent or Vessel manager position, with broad experience from planning and executing technical projects and yard stays. You will contribute with your expertise to help our customers enhance their internal handbooks, guidelines and best practice templates. You will play a vital role in the successful delivery and implementation of our solution and develop and sustain solid relationships with new and existing customers.

• Experience from management positions and preferably hands-on experience from drydockings and retrofit projects 
  
• Technology savvy, passionate about digitalisation and change management processes
  
• Service-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Ensure the successful execution of technical projects in accordance with the company’s best practices
• Help our customers to transform their internal ways of work into a lean digital process
• Develop and improve our digital transformation methodology
• Identify and build long term relationships with key clients
• Manage on-boardings of new customers
• Run demos, workshops and meetings
• Advisory services
