Executive Sales Manager
We are looking for a sales-driven person who shares our vision to convert manual procedures into a digital format - transforming the way maritime companies leverage digital technologies.
The right candidate has experience and a track-record from solution selling that optimizes technical processes. You have a solid background bringing credibility into commercial discussions – preferably from the maritime industry related to the opportunities for digitization and strategic collaboration across the value chain.
You must be comfortable with management discussions, communicating business value from utilizing digital technologies and improved ways of work within asset management, including presentations and product demonstrations. This is a resource with a global perspective and a corporate and technical focus. You are commercially responsible for building your own global portfolio of clients and establishing relationships with new and existing clients.
You will be fully responsible for identifying customer opportunities, conducts meetings and demos, negotiating and closing customer deals. You will also be responsible for defining business cases, managing stakeholders and work towards the teams KPIs with confidence and engagement.
You will be a key member of our young and creative team driving growth and innovation. We believe in a flat company hierarchy and relations built on trust.

- Understanding technical ship management processes is a plus, including identifying pains and communicating benefits and ROI business cases

- Service-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills
- Street-smart and adaptable in different settings/environments
- Experience from technical management is an advantage
Travel is expected, but we have flexible working arrangements, making it possible with work life balance.
Duration: 100% (6 months trial period)
