Management system: Must secures a systematic process with focus on early planning of your maintenance operations and collaboration activities. You must require online updates from suppliers and yards, and share transparent and open management information with your owners and key stakeholders.
Specification tool: The technical specification is often well managed in your PMS system, but we believe that there is improvements i the management of the commercial aspects and the detailed work descriptions. Tight cost control, detailed yard quotation and seamless management reporting is key areas to control.
