VesselMan is pleased to announce and welcome its newest member Jostein Opsahl, who will join the VesselMan team as a Global Operation & Service Manager.
As part of VesselMan’s growth plans operation and services are key areas moving forward. Managing VesselMan’s global customer portfolio having a feedback channel for service will be important. Providing both the methodology to seek the feedback but also to manage the results and take action on a worldwide basis. Implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of operation and services are among our focus areas having a global operation service manager will be key to achieve this goal. Supporting our current customer base and product development.
Jostein comes to VesselMan with an M.Sc in Marine Technology from NTNU and he worked as Business Consultant at ShipNet. Jostein has got experience in customer service, chartering and operations from maritime industry that will be vital for us moving forward.
This new position @VesselMan will be a great contribution to our rapid growth and global strategy. Within this role, Jostein will support the fast growth of VesselMan by building a global operation with a focus on customer experience and service. Having our current and new clients in focus. He will also aid in developing VesselMan through strategy development and identification of prospective clients.
