As a start-up it is important to stay on top of the technological needs and trends in the shipping market. Our product is forever evolving and adapting together with the key members of our customer base.
The last couple of months we have worked really hard both on the strategic side and on the product side of our business. This has resulted in some small and some larger changes.
Firstly, we have focused on improving the usability of our system. Secondly, we have a major focus on how the daily management of technical operations can be simplified using VesselMan. As you might have experienced in your line of work, is that there is a lot of emailing back and fourth between involved technical project members. It can become challenging to know where to find specific information you received from a supplier and what the latest agreement is and so on. Our response to this challenge is to keep all information regarding one project in one place. In VesselMan you can map out a standardized process, which will lay out the baseline for every project type you want to roll out, you can build your comprehensive specifications, add people (both external and internal) to the project, add documents in structured folders, compare yards and select the preferred one in one view, track work order and project plan progress, generate reports and keep an overview of the reporting history.
